Refund Policy

Returns are accepted for all unopened, unused, and undamaged Beauty of Joseon skincare products in their original packaging. Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to personal reasons are not eligible for return.

We provide a 60-day free return period from the date you receive your order. You may submit a return request within this timeframe to initiate the process.

We cover all costs associated with returns, making our return service completely free for customers. Once your return request is approved, follow the provided return instructions to send the package back.

After we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method in US Dollars (USD), in accordance with the amount paid for the returned products.

Refunds include the full product purchase price. Shipping costs are not included in refunds as all orders qualify for free shipping.
